Esta política explica qué datos trata la aplicación Agenda Diaria Inteligente (en adelante, «la app»), publicada en Google Play por CIDE Studio, marca de CIDEGRUPO DIGITAL SL.
En resumen: tu agenda se guarda en tu móvil. Nosotros no tenemos servidores que reciban tus tareas, gastos, notas, fotos ni audios. Solo si tú lo activas, la app guarda una copia en tu Google Drive o muestra tus tareas en tu Google Calendar. La app muestra publicidad (que se puede quitar con una compra) y vende funciones extra mediante Google Play.

Todo lo que apuntas en la app se guarda solo en tu dispositivo: tareas y proyectos, tareas recurrentes, gastos y pagos, categorías, notas, recordatorios y alarmas, y los adjuntos que añadas (fotos y notas de voz). No se envía a ningún servidor nuestro. Si desinstalas la app, estos datos se borran del dispositivo.
Permisos que usa la app, siempre para funciones que tú pides:
Si activas esta función (es de pago), la app te pide permiso para acceder a tu cuenta de Google con el permiso «ver, crear y eliminar solo los archivos de Google Drive que use esta app». La app no puede ver el resto de tu Drive.
Con ese permiso, la app crea en tu Drive la carpeta «Agenda Diaria Inteligente › Copias de seguridad» y guarda en ella copias de tu agenda (un archivo .zip con tus datos, fotos y audios), una al día si hay cambios y cuando pulsas «Hacer copia ahora». Se conservan las 7 copias más recientes; las anteriores se borran automáticamente. Las copias se usan únicamente para que puedas restaurar tu agenda en este u otro dispositivo. También se lee el correo electrónico de tu cuenta de Google para mostrarte en qué cuenta se guardan las copias.
Liberar espacio: con esta función eliges fotos y vídeos del móvil y la app los sube a las carpetas «Agenda Diaria Inteligente › Fotos» y «› Vídeos» de tu Drive. Comprueba que cada archivo ha llegado entero y, solo si tú lo confirmas, lo borra del móvil. La app solo accede a las fotos y vídeos que eliges. También consulta el espacio libre de tu cuenta de Google para mostrártelo.
Las copias, fotos y vídeos van directamente de tu móvil a tu cuenta de Google; nosotros no los recibimos ni podemos verlos.
Si activas esta función (es de pago), la app te pide permiso para «crear calendarios secundarios y gestionar sus eventos». La app crea en tu cuenta el calendario «Agenda Diaria Inteligente» y copia en él tus tareas con fecha (nombre, descripción, fecha, hora, color y repetición) y tus pagos recurrentes (nombre, importe y fechas). La app no puede ver ni modificar tus otros calendarios. La sincronización va en un solo sentido: de la app a ese calendario.
Los datos van directamente de tu móvil a tu cuenta de Google; nosotros no los recibimos.
El uso que hace la app de la información recibida de las API de Google se ajusta a la Política de Datos de Usuario de los Servicios de las API de Google, incluidos los requisitos de uso limitado. Los datos de Google Drive y Google Calendar se usan solo para ofrecerte las funciones de copia de seguridad y de calendario descritas; no se transfieren a terceros, no se usan para publicidad, no se venden y nadie los lee.
La versión gratuita muestra una banda de anuncios en las pantallas principales mediante Google AdMob. AdMob puede recoger el identificador de publicidad del dispositivo, la dirección IP, información del dispositivo y datos de interacción con los anuncios, para mostrar anuncios, medir su rendimiento y prevenir el fraude. Los anuncios no tienen acceso al contenido de tu agenda.
En el Espacio Económico Europeo, el Reino Unido y Suiza te pedimos el consentimiento antes de mostrar anuncios personalizados, y puedes cambiar tu elección en cualquier momento en Ajustes → «Opciones de privacidad de los anuncios». También puedes restablecer o eliminar tu identificador de publicidad en los ajustes de Android. Con la compra «Quitar publicidad» la app deja de mostrar anuncios.
Las compras las procesa Google Play. Nosotros no recibimos ni guardamos tus datos de pago; la app solo recibe de Google la confirmación de lo que has comprado, para desbloquearlo y restaurarlo si reinstalas la app.

Cada instalación de la app tiene un código de invitación anónimo que va en el enlace que compartes desde «Recomendar la app» o «Invitar amigos». Cuando alguien instala la app tocando ese enlace y la abre, Google Play le pasa a la app el código, y la app envía a nuestro servidor (alojado en Supabase, en la Unión Europea) solo dos cosas: ese código y un identificador anónimo del móvil que la ha instalado (un resumen cifrado del identificador que Android da a esta app, del que no se puede obtener el original). Así sabemos cuántos amigos han llegado con tu enlace, para darte el widget gratis al llegar a 3, y que cada móvil cuente una sola vez.
No se envía tu nombre, tu correo, tus contactos ni nada de tu agenda. Tú decides con quién compartes el enlace, desde la ventana de compartir de Android; la app no ve a quién se lo envías.
Los datos se tratan para que la app y las funciones que activas funcionen (ejecución del servicio que solicitas, también el recuento de invitaciones), para la copia en Drive y la sincronización con Calendar (tu consentimiento, que das al conectar tu cuenta y puedes retirar), para mostrar publicidad (tu consentimiento, cuando lo exige la ley, o nuestro interés legítimo en financiar una app gratuita) y para procesar compras (ejecución del contrato).
En nuestro servidor solo están los códigos e identificadores anónimos de las invitaciones (apartado 7), que no permiten saber quién eres. Si quieres que borremos los de tu móvil, escribe a soporte@cidestudio.com indicando tu código de invitación (aparece al final del enlace que compartes, tras «ref%3D»). Para cualquier duda, escríbenos a la misma dirección.
Las comunicaciones con Google (Drive, Calendar, anuncios y compras) y con nuestro servidor de invitaciones van cifradas (HTTPS). Los datos del dispositivo quedan protegidos por la seguridad de Android.
La app no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recogemos a sabiendas datos personales de menores de 13 años. Si crees que un menor nos ha facilitado datos, escríbenos.
Puedes ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad escribiendo a soporte@cidestudio.com. También puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

This policy explains what data the app Agenda Diaria Inteligente (“the app”), published on Google Play by CIDE Studio, a brand of CIDEGRUPO DIGITAL SL, processes.
In short: your planner is stored on your phone. We have no servers that receive your tasks, expenses, notes, photos or voice notes. Only if you turn it on, the app saves a backup to your Google Drive or shows your tasks in your Google Calendar. The app shows ads (removable with a purchase) and sells extra features through Google Play.

Everything you enter (tasks and projects, recurring tasks, expenses and payments, categories, notes, reminders and alarms, and attached photos and voice notes) is stored only on your device and is not sent to any server of ours. Uninstalling the app deletes it. Permissions are used only for features you request: camera (when you tap “Take photo”), the system photo picker (only the photos you choose), microphone (only while recording a voice note), notifications and exact alarms (reminders, generated on the device) and internet (ads, purchases and, if enabled, Google Drive and Google Calendar).
If you enable this paid feature, the app asks for permission to “see, create and delete only the specific Google Drive files used with this app”; it cannot see the rest of your Drive. It creates the folder “Agenda Diaria Inteligente › Backups” and stores backups (a .zip with your data, photos and voice notes) there: daily if something changed, and whenever you tap “Back up now”. The 7 most recent backups are kept. They are used only so you can restore your planner. The app also reads your Google account email to show where backups are stored.
Free up space: with this feature you choose photos and videos on your phone and the app uploads them to the “Agenda Diaria Inteligente › Photos” and “› Videos” folders in your Drive. It checks that each file arrived complete and, only if you confirm, deletes it from the phone. The app only accesses the photos and videos you choose, and it reads your Google account’s free space to show it to you.
Backups, photos and videos go directly from your phone to your Google account; we never receive them.
If you enable this paid feature, the app asks for permission to “create secondary calendars and manage their events”. It creates the calendar “Agenda Diaria Inteligente” in your account and copies your dated tasks (name, description, date, time, colour, repetition) and recurring payments (name, amount, dates) into it. It cannot see or change your other calendars. Data goes directly from your phone to your Google account; we never receive it.
The app’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Drive and Google Calendar data are used only to provide the backup and calendar features described above; they are not transferred to third parties, not used for advertising, not sold and not read by humans.
The free version shows a banner ad on the main screens through Google AdMob, which may collect the advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. Ads have no access to your planner content. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads; you can change your choice at any time in Settings → “Ad privacy options”, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. The “Remove ads” purchase turns ads off.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details; the app only receives Google’s confirmation of what you bought, to unlock it and restore it if you reinstall. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Each installation of the app has an anonymous invitation code included in the link you share from “Recommend the app” or “Invite friends”. When someone installs the app by tapping that link and opens it, Google Play passes the code to the app, and the app sends our server (hosted by Supabase in the European Union) only two things: that code and an anonymous identifier of the phone that installed it (an encrypted digest of the identifier Android gives this app, from which the original cannot be recovered). This lets us count how many friends came through your link, give you the widget for free once 3 have, and count each phone only once. Your name, email, contacts and planner content are never sent. You choose whom to share the link with through Android’s share window; the app cannot see who you send it to.
Providing the app and the features you enable (performance of the service, including the invitation count), Drive backup and Calendar sync (your consent, which you can withdraw), advertising (your consent where required by law, or our legitimate interest in funding a free app) and purchases (performance of the contract).
Device data: delete items in the app, or everything by uninstalling it or using “Clear storage” in the app’s Android settings. Drive backups, photos and videos: “Disconnect account” in the app and delete the “Agenda Diaria Inteligente” folder from your Drive. Calendar: “Stop syncing” in the app and delete the “Agenda Diaria Inteligente” calendar in Google Calendar. You can remove the app’s access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/connections. Our server only holds the anonymous invitation codes and identifiers (section 7), which do not identify you; to have your phone’s removed, email soporte@cidestudio.com with your invitation code (shown at the end of the link you share, after “ref%3D”). Communications with Google (Drive, Calendar, ads and purchases) and with our invitation server are encrypted (HTTPS). Data on the device is protected by Android security.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to soporte@cidestudio.com, and you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
